Linkham Group Completes Resolution Insurance Buyout- Peter Nduati Appointed Company CEO

Global insurance solutions firm Linkham Group based in the UK has officially confirmed completing a deal that will see them acquire a significant stake in Resolution Insurance Kenya. The deal that was undertaken at an undisclosed consideration will see Resolution Insurance gain access to Linkham Group Ltd’s financial network in Africa and globally.

The Group is also ready to invest significant resources to revamp and fuel Resolution Insurance growth Plans. This will entail focusing on quality customer service delivery, risk management practices, and adopting cutting-edge technologies.

Linkham Group has also confirmed the appointment of Peter Nduati as the Chief Executive officer as part of their growth plans. Nduati will continue acting as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, which runs Resolution Insurance Kenya, and their subsidiaries in Tanzania.

Nduati, a seasoned entrepreneur, will facilitate the rapid recovery of the Resolution’s business thanks to his vast business management experience. He previously served as the firms founding Chief Executive Officer.

“The Linkham Group confirms that we have completed the acquisition of Resolution Insurance Kenya. As part of the acquisition, we are committing to invest in the business and have consequently appointed Mr Peter Nduati to spearhead management and business growth efforts with immediate effect,” – Cranfield Chief Executive Officer of Linkham Group Ltd.

Resolution Insurance will enjoy integrating advanced information technology systems, better-operating efficiencies with a responsive and improved end-to-end customer experience.
