At the end of today’s trading session on the Nairobi Securities Exchange 

A total of 31,376,400 shares in 980 deals, corresponding to a market value of KES 960,661,364.00, were traded.

Compared with the previous NSE trading day (Tuesday, November 23), today’s data shows 163% improvement in volume, 145% improvement in turnover, and 6% improvement in deals.

The current market capitalization of the Nairobi Securities Exchange is KES 2.45 trillion.

In the aggregate, 45 NSE equities participated in trading, ending with 11✅ gainers and 28🔻 losers.

Kakuzi  Plc [KUKZ]led the gainers with✅ 10% share price appreciation closing at KES 423.50 per share, followed by:

The derivatives market of the Nairobi Securities Exchange recorded a rise in activity with 40 single stock features valued at Kes 1.59 million traded during today’s trading session compared to the 24 single stock features valued at Kes 919,420 traded during the previous trading session.

Trading on the secondary bond market on the Nairobi Securities Exchange posted a decline in turnover during Today’s trading session, with bonds valued at Kes 1.85 billion transacted in 86 deals compared to the Kes 2.83 billion worth of bonds achieved in 66 deals traded at the close of the previous trading session.
