During his tenure, he provided exemplary leadership that was instrumental in improving operational efficiency, product quality, production volumes, and market positioning. Despite his retirement, Mr. Carmichael will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director.

Williamson and Kapchorua Tea H12025 Financial Performance

In the six months ended September 2025, Williamson Tea narrowed its net loss to KES 10 million, compared to a loss of KES 122.4 million in the corresponding period the previous year.

Kapchorua Tea recorded a net profit of KES 95 million, up 422% from KES 18.2 million in the previous year, despite a 24% decline in revenue to KES 1.1 billion.
