On the losing side, Car and General Kenya Plc [CGEN] came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of ?10.00% at KES 22.50 per share, followed by:

The Derivatives Market had 5 contracts worth Kes.185,000 transacted in today’s trading session. Five KCB contracts worth Kes.185,000 expiring in 18th March 2021 were concluded at a price of Kes.37.00. This is against an end of day price of Kes.36.90 posted in the spot market

The secondary bond market on the Nairobi Securities Exchange posted an exponential rise in activity during today’s trading session with bonds worth Kes 6.94 billion traded in 11deals during today’s session as compared to the Kes 3.72 Billion achieved in 72 deals during the previous trading session.
