Sameer Africa Plc [SMER] led the gainers with ✅10.00% share price appreciation closing at KES 3.85 per share, followed by:

✅Equity Group Holdings Plc [EQTY] (+4.74%).

On the losing side, Liberty Kenya Holdings Plc [LBTY] came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of ?9.41% closing at KES 7.70 per share, followed by:

The derivatives market of the NSE had 6 contracts valued at Kes 195,370 concluded in today’s trading session. This was a positive improvement from the 3 contracts valued at Kes 98,500 concluded in previous trading session.

The secondary bond market on the Nairobi Securities Exchange recorded an increase in activity during today’s session with bonds worth Kes 3.11 Billion achieved in 134 deals in today’s session as compared to the Kes 4.95 Billion achieved in 142 deals during the previous trading session
