Trading on the secondary bond market on the Nairobi Securities Exchange posted an increase in activity, compared to Monday’s trading, with bonds valued at Kes 2.39 billion transacted in 79 deals compared to the Kes 1.17 billion worth of bonds achieved in 54 deals traded at the close of the previous trading session.
The derivatives market of the Nairobi Securities Exchange saw an increase in activity in today’s trading session compared to Monday’s trading with 38 single stock futures valued at Kes 1,453,860 as compared to the 19 single stock futures valued at Kes 830,670 traded during the previous trading session.
