Kenya Airways Appoints Image Registrars as New Share Registrar Effective June 1, 2026

Listed national carrier Kenya Airways PLC has announced a change in its share registrar from Custody and Registrars Services Limited (C&R) to Image Registrars Limited.

Image Registrars will handle all Kenya Airways shareholder queries and share registration matters, including share transfers, dividend claims, issuance, cancellation and re-issuance of dividend cheques or payments, immobilization of shares, and related services, effective June 1, 2026.

The firm, located at Absa Towers, 5th Floor, Loita Street, Nairobi, has extensive experience in shares registrar services, providing services to several Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) -listed companies, including the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Kenya Re-insurance Corporation and HF Group.

Image registrars will also conduct the airline’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to take place on June 12, 2026.
