Compared with the previous NSE trading day (Friday, July 2), today’s data shows 2% decline in volume, 47% decline in turnover, but 3% improvement in deals.

The current market capitalization of the Nairobi Securities Exchange is KES 2.64 trillion.

Sameer Africa Plc [SMER] led the gainers with 10% share price appreciation closing at✅ KES 3.74 per share, followed by:

The derivatives market of the Nairobi Securities Exchange posted a rise in activity during Today’s trading session, with 49 single stock futures contracts valued at Kes 1.40 million concluded, compared to the 15 contracts valued at Kes 507,120 concluded on the previous session.

Trading on the secondary bond market on the Nairobi Securities Exchange posted a decline in activity during today’s trading session with bonds worth Kes 2.61 billion transacted in 69 deals as compared to the Kes 3.93 billion worth of bonds achieved in 62 deals in the preceding session.
